My approach brings all these different perspectives together to provide you as a leader with optimal support in your development.
Every phase of life brings its own questions. This applies to the challenges of day-to-day management as well as to personal development.
There is no one-size-fits-all answer to every issue. This is why different issues require different consulting approaches.
In my work with leaders, I combine two roles: that of a mentor and that of a coach, which I use depending on the situation and the issue at hand. I also contribute my experience as a stand-up comedian.
As a mentor, I give practical advice based on my 25 years of leadership experience and my in-depth know-how from numerous change and transformation projects. As a coach, I use tried-and-tested techniques to help you find your own solutions and develop new perspectives with confidence. As a stand-up comedian, I am used to taking unusual perspectives. This opens your eyes to new, creative solutions. And I bring humor and lightness to our sessions. Humor eases tensions, creates an open atmosphere and makes it easier to tackle difficult topics.

I have 25 years of leadership experience in an international company and know what it takes to inspire teams, grow and bring ambitious strategies to life. My leadership style is based on trust, transparency and good teamwork. This is not only modern, it has also helped my teams to stay confident and motivated even in uncertain times.
I recently took on a new adventure and became a stand-up comedian. Since my training a the Hamburg School of Comedy, I have been performing regularly on stage. As a comedian, I need to connect with the audience, I have to communicate clearly and to the point – and I get immediate feedback: people either laugh, or they don’t laugh. Comedy has taught me a lot about myself, about stepping out of my comfort zone and the power of humor in difficult moments.
As a coach, I bring both worlds together: my experience as a manager and the creative world of the comedian. I offer you a safe and open space in which you can gain new perspectives, build self-confidence and tackle challenges head-on.
