I have led teams on site and at decentralized locations, at home and abroad, in presence and remotely. I have shaped the close collaboration of very diverse, international teams and successfully led my employees through numerous change processes. I have led both my own teams and managers.
Thanks to my wide-ranging experience, I can adapt very flexibly to the needs of your company and support your managers according to their individual requirements. This can be either one-off help with specific issues or support over a longer period of time, e.g. with personal development topics.
